metaSETZ Warranty Policy

Plain Language metaSETZ Warranty Policy for Tally Products Non-transferable, Limited Lifetime Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, excludes cables, cosmetic damage, misuse, improper installation, or acts of God. We will repair or replace at our discretion, as long as the necessary components to do so are available e.g. the Microchip PIC that is at the heart of our controllers. Proof of purchase required.

Installing On a Windows 10 machine

Some versions (newer) of Windows 10 block .exe files that originated on another machine from executing. If you double click the TLC-Installer and nothing happens you should right-click the Installer icon and select ‘Properties’ on the menu that pops up. On the properties panel check the ‘Unblock’ box as shown here:
